Whether wired or wireless, the Gigaset SL850H PRO adapts to the demands of everyday business life. The DECT phone supports Bluetooth® 5.1, allowing headsets to be connected quickly and easily. Those who prefer a wired solution can use the integrated 3.5 mm connection.

The modern USB-C interface not only allows data to be transferred and software to be updated, but also the handset to be charged – a plus point for flexible use in dynamic working environments.

The Gigaset SL850H PRO is equipped with numerous features that are specially tailored to the requirements of modern business communication. Auto-provisioning enables central configuration of multiple devices, significantly reducing installation and maintenance costs. With SUOTA (Software Update Over the Air), firmware updates can be carried out conveniently and without on-site intervention.

The SL850H PRO supports Microsoft Teams and allows you to make and receive calls and access voicemails. You can also participate in Teams meetings. Prerequisite: The SL850H PRO must be connected to one of the newer Gigaset single or multi-cell systems.

Alarm, Messaging & Location (AML) – security at the highest level
Whether in healthcare, industry or public institutions, the Gigaset SL850H PRO is optimally equipped for use with AML and offers advanced alarm and protection functions.

- Help at the touch of a button: the alarm button allows a person to trigger an emergency call immediately.
- Location tracking in emergencies: The handset can act as a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacon. Each beacon is assigned to an employee and is detected by location servers or BLE receivers. This allows the person's location to be determined quickly and accurately in an emergency.

This enables companies to increase the protection of their workforce and gain valuable time in critical situations.

Easy integration into professional systems
The Gigaset SL850H PRO is optimised for use with all professional Gigaset DECT systems and can also be used with third-party CAT-iq and GAP-based solutions. Whether in single or multi-cell scenarios (Gigaset N530/ N610/ N670/ N770/ N870/ N870E), the handset can be flexibly integrated into existing infrastructures, offering a high level of investment security.

Sustainable and future-proof
Another strong argument is the power supply. Instead of a lithium-ion battery, the Gigaset SL850H PRO uses replaceable, rechargeable AAA batteries. These are available worldwide and are quick and easy to replace – the device is ready for use again in seconds. They also meet the requirements of the new EU Ecodesign Directive, which will come into force in June 2025. This means that it can be used in existing and new projects without any problems and with future-proof reliability.

With a talk time of up to twelve hours and a standby time of up to 320 hours, the device is also extremely durable.

For even greater flexibility in use, the Gigaset SL850H PRO is available with the optional Gigaset Professional belt clip SL. It uses the same mountings as the standard belt clip.

The clip can be operated conveniently with just one hand and can be attached or removed with a light press of two fingers. The sturdy clip holder ensures a secure hold and comfortable wear – especially during longer or physically demanding work.

Optional: Gigaset Multicharger PRO – efficient charging of multiple devices
For work environments with lots of devices, the Gigaset Multicharger PRO is the perfect addition to the SL850H PRO. It can charge up to six handsets at the same time – neatly, efficiently and in a space-saving way. Thanks to the handy snap-in modules, which are available separately for every DECT handset in the Gigaset Professional portfolio, they're super easy to use. An LED display provides reliable information about the charging status of each handset at all times.
